Where these Terms and an executed SOW conflict, the SOW governs the applicable engagement.
Where a consulting engagement requires access to a client's Amazon seller account, access is granted using Amazon's Authorized Partner and User Permissions features. PBJay never requests, and clients should never provide, passwords, primary account credentials, or access keys. Clients are responsible for granting and managing appropriate account permissions and for the accuracy of information they provide to PBJay.
PBJay does not guarantee any specific sales, ranking, account health, reinstatement, advertising, or other marketplace outcome as a result of our consulting services. Amazon and other marketplaces control their own policies, algorithms, and enforcement decisions, which are outside PBJay's control.
All content on our website and in our newsletter, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by PBJay, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.
